My stupid neck has been slowly flaring up over the past three days. Today the nine inch nail that was driven into the right side has moved over to the left. It hurts and I am frustrated -- I have been watching my posture and sleeping on the damned pillow... why is it doing this? Fortunately, we now have insurance. I'm hoping Jeff gets his cards today so I can make an appointment with the DO.
