Pictures: The Desk
For chryssaliss: The Full Monty: This is the entirety of my desk, which is currently awaiting the arrival of its hutch. Everyone pray to whomever you pray to that it comes soon because the desk (and its owner) are getting cranky. Anyway, you may note the items surrounding the desk that indicate children abound. These items include a rubber duck, little golden books and part of a co-created scribbling that hangs proudly on the wall. Also, you may see what appears to be a creature smushed into the back of my chair. Have no fear... it's not real. Oh and the chair? It needs to be replaced by a real one. I ganked that one from the kitchen table. Central Station: The center of my desk is where it all happens -- the typing, the wine-swilling, the wild parties. If you look closely, you'll see the remains of The Right Wing: Ha -- didn't think I'd have one of those, did you? It's where I store bills to be paid, mail to be sorted, and apparently whatever books and CDs I'm currently enjoying, as we see both NIN "With_Teeth" and Stephen King's "The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon." Also, books on tarot and incense. 'Cause you can never have too many of those.
