I'm not the raving testoserone (sp) lunatic she makes me out to be.
First- I never once got became angry. Just in case somone might think that.
Second- There was nothing else on TV. At least that she wouldn't joke at my expense also.
Third- I "did" say thank you. She may not have heard me.
Fourth-A misinterpreted question and mutual jibbing resulted in escalating harrasment. Two against one I might add.
Anyway. Everything is not always what it seems.

I can never pass up an opportunity for rebuttal.
On the first point, I concede. Jeff was remarkably not angry after I scraped the truck. I am appreciative of this.
On the second point, we have Direct TV. I know that out of the several hundred channels Direct TV offers, there was something besides Blue Thunder. Jeff is just a geek. I love him, but he's a geek.
On the third point, I could not hear him because he was so busy demanding to know where I had been!
Fourth point, oh yeah, he was misunderstood... poor Jeff! He just shot off his mouth before he realized he was outnumbered.
And finally, indeed, everything is not always as it seems. Some people think Jeff is a poor, downtrodden, easygoing guy who would never do any of the actions I describe. Luckily, I have witnesses.
In closing, please know, any reader who actually peruses the comments, that Jeff and I are joking and no parties, real or imagined were harmed in the making of this comments exchange. My husband is a saint, for the most part, amongst his peers, and I wouldn't trade him for anything.

No wonder I never win. All she has to do is give me a little praise after beating me down and I'm feeling like I could kiss her. BTW-She is right. We love to talk trash, but never really mean it. I love her with all my heart.
