Dissident

Had a dream last night. Civil liberties had finally deteriorated to the point that people who had spoken out against the government in any way were being rounded up and then disappearing. And if they couldn't get the "dissident" then they would take their family. My husband and children were gone and I was running. I went to my parents and my mom was gone. My dad was gone too, but I somehow had his bank card. The country was in such disarray that cash was the only accepted form of exchange, so I was in the process of emptying his bank account so that I could continue to run -- he had $1045 in there -- when he showed up in a Jeep and took me away. I woke up feeling very unsettled and disoriented.
