Reckoning

I am going through boxes and boxes of crap and keep running into Jasmine. Jasmine's immunization record. LOADS of pictures. Old school art projects. The occasional homework assignment. More medical documents than any human being should ever accumulate. Night before last I steeled myself to watch unmarked video cassettes and lucked out -- all Buffy and no Jasmine. I started out crying and now I just feel sick every time I see something. It's beyond crying. Every picture of her drives the nail deeper. I've been avoiding this all week and now it is down to the wire and I cannot avoid it anymore. ::sigh:: Moving sucks. Grieving sucks more. I can't wait until this is over.

The one bright light was last night's going away party with my coven. Thank the gods for them. I wish I could move them all to Arizona with me.
