Ravenfire - My experience has often been that when I start and get serious about an exercise program, I get really sick at some point. My theory is that my body is working out the toxins that have built up from my lack of exercise. Stick with it! I'm inspired! Lenore

Yeah, when I got a membership to FAC and went every day even though I had rights to the NAU gym, I ended up with pneumonia trying to exercise through a bug I developed. And when I started to move again a few months ago, I got a respiratory bug. It's Murphy's Law. We just have to be strong and push through it. Eat well, drink fluids and move again when your body will let you. You're doing really good, and I'm proud of you!

If it would help, I have those exercises that are strictly targeted to your body type. I could help you figure it out and give you the directions. No offense intended for you PT or all your efforts, I'm just suggesting perhaps an alternative. Let me know. I would be glad to share!
